Stonewater Housing Association

GB Electrical & Building Services worked with Stonewater for several years helping support their business by delivering various types of repairs and improvements to homes in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire.

The core of our works with Stonewater tend to be small or medium-sized repair works that due to our ability to attend and complete the works in a short time frame has led to a very successful partnership.

Tackling both internal and external repairs we have trade colleagues that can help complete a wide variety of building works. This has been particularly useful in our work with Stonewater as many of the repair requests require surveying, multiple trades and/or specialist equipment.

Over the last 12 months, we have been able to increase the volume of work with the Association, enabling us to complete other more sizeable projects including kitchen replacements, full bathroom refurbishments, void property management and window and door installations.
