Ministry Of Defence (MOD)
GB Group is the Tier 1 contractor for Amey, who jointly hold a £500m+ Ministry of Defence contract for maintaining Service Family Accommodation (SFA) across the UK. We deliver a full range of services, including Responsive repairs, Void preparation, Gas and Electrical maintenance and sizeable capital spend projects including full property refurbishments, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows/Doors,
Gas/Electrical installations and disabled adaptations.
For our operating area in 2024, we successfully completed 12,685 repairs to occupied homes and prepared 875 No. empty properties for incoming families. Our partnership with Amey allows us to support local communities through apprenticeships, sponsorships, and charitable initiatives. All GB staff undergo rigorous security vetting to meet MOD standards, ensuring safe and reliable service to families.

Stonewater
GB Group have Supported Stonewater Housing Association for several years, delivering responsive repairs and planned programmes across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and Shropshire. Our strength lies in our ability to complete works of any scale quickly and efficiently, making us a reliable partner for time-sensitive projects.
We handle a wide range of internal and external works, often involving multiple trades and specialist equipment. This versatility has proven invaluable in addressing complex repair needs. Over the years we have completed kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, void property management, window and door installations along with day-to-day repairs.

VIVO
GB Group is the Tier 1 contractor for VIVO, who jointly hold a £500m+ Ministry of Defence contract to maintaining Service Family Accommodation (SFA) across the South East and South West of the UK. We deliver a broad range of services including empty property maintenance, gas and electrical works, large scale capital spend upgrades, and specialist services such as asbestos removal and property adaptations.
We are proud to support MOD housing and service families through this contract. All GB staffundergo strict security vetting to meet MOD requirements, ensuring we deliver our services with integrity and professionalism.

Platform
GB Group work closely with Platform Housing Group to deliver void refurbishments across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire. Our dedicated voids team work to bring vacant properties back to a lettable standard within tight timeframes.
Typical refurbishments include installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, general repairs, full redecoration works and garden maintenance – ensuring each property is ready, refreshed, and fit for purpose ready for the client to re-let.

You At Home
GB Group works with Herefordshire Council’s You at Home agency to deliver essential adaptations funded through Disabled Facilities Grants. This includes bathroom conversions, wet rooms, grab rails, easy access ramps and extensions – helping Housing Association tenants, the private rental market, and homeowners live more independently.
We also carry out private works for clients who may not be eligible for grant funding. Due to high demand, we have a dedicated specialist team for these projects and take great pride in the positive impact they have on the lives of elderly and disabled individuals.
GB Group work closely with Occupational Therapists to determine the best options for individual needs resulting in helping people to regain their independence and be able to carry out routine daily activities by modifying homes to become safe, improve comfort and allow greater independence.

Swindon Borough Council
GB Group are proud to provide Empty Property Maintenance to properties in Swindon and the surrounding area on behalf of Swindon Borough Council. Our dedicated void team bring vacant properties back to a lettable standard within tight timeframes.
Typical refurbishments include full redecoration, installation of new kitchens and bathrooms where needed, flooring, general repairs and garden maintenance—ensuring each property is ready, refreshed, and fit for new tenants.

Connexus
Over the last 18 months, GB Group has successfully provided repairs and maintenance across Connexus’ housing stock from small repairs to major Damp and Mould works, ensuring all their residents have a safe and well-maintained property that they can call home.
