We work for a wide range of clients from Government agencies, Housing Associations, private residents and multi-property landlords who trust us to fulfil their needs for property maintenance services, estate management, building adaptations and a wide range of other things.

Our contract with Amey sees us providing property maintenance services to 9000+ homes across South Wales, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Since 2019 we have carried out internal and external maintenance works at several nursing home properties owned by Heritage Manor. Ranging from external gutter clearing, boundary fencing repairs to upgrading the existing fire escape routes.

GB have been delivering works for Stonewater properties for several years; helping support their business by delivering various types of repairs and improvements to homes in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire.

In 2020 GB were awarded the contract to manage both Responsive repairs and empty property (VOID) works for Kier Services, working on behalf of Muir Group Housing, managing various estates within Hereford, Caldicot, Worcester and Reading.

We work as the Tier 1 contractor for VIVO, who as a joint venture, hold the £500m+ contract to provide void property maintenance services to domestic dwellings on behalf of the Ministry of Defence in the South West.

We deliver a range of internal and external property maintenance services to The Old Market.

Working on behalf of Powys Council’s Care & Repair agency we deliver a range of work from low-level access shower, full wet room conversions, fitting grab rails around the home, handrails, concrete access ramps and paths, garage conversions and building extensions.

We provide a comphrensive property management and maintenance to nine of Choice Care Group residential care and supported living properties for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions within Herefordshire.

The majority of the work with You at Home involves the undertaking of bathroom conversions whether it is to install a low-level access shower or a full wet room conversion, including all necessary tiling and decorations.

Railway Housing Association owns over 1,500 rented homes in 24 local authority areas across the UK. GB Electrical & Building Services were appointed in 2019 to manage the general maintenance and repair for a portfolio of properties within Herefordshire.

Centigen Facilities Management is a subsidery of Two Rivers Housing who provide affordable housing in Gloucestershire. GB Electrical & Building Services were appointed in 2022 to refurbish empty property and bring them back to a tenantable state.

GB Electrical & Building Services are supporting Platform Housing Group after their partnership with Stonewater to refurbish void properties back to a tenantable state.

GB Electrical & Building Services work with British Land across several of their prime retail sites and shopping centres in Hereford, Staffordshire and The Midlands, to deliver a safe, enjoyable and positive experience for shoppers.

Due to limited mobility Mrs H. in Ross-on-Wye was awarded a grant to adapt her kitchen into a more user-friendly environment as well as adapting an existing window into a new wheelchair friendly entrance and ramp.

Mrs W. based in Knighton was awarded a DFG grant to help provide easier access through her kitchen door. The kitchen door was replaced with a wheelchair accessible threshold and new uPVC door complete with grab rails creating a much safer and usable entrance to her rear garden.

Mrs W. based in Knighton was awarded a DFG grant to help improve access to the rear of her garden. With limited mobility she has struggled with walking on uneven ground and being able to step up and down safely.

Mr B. in Powys was awarded a grant to create a ground floor extension to create a bedroom and ensuite wet room. GB were approached by Powys Council to complete the outstanding work for the client.

Since having her operation Miss C in Hereford really struggled to get in and out of the bath. After an Occupational Therapist assessment she was awarded a grant to have a wet room installed.

Mrs G in Hereford was awarded a grant to refurbish a dated wet room for her son. In recent years the space and access had become impractical for their current needs. GB were instructed to revamp the wet room and improve the access from the bedroom.

Mr & Mrs M. in Malvern privately approached GB Electrical & Building Services as Mr M. needed to update a ground floor ensuite bathroom into an adapted bathroom to help facilitate his independence.

The real strength of grab rails, hand rails and fold-up rails is their sheer versatility. Every home and every individual has their own bespoke adaptation needs and each can be catered for safely. The rails can be tailored to any format to suit the user.

Due to limited mobility Mrs H. in Ross-on-Wye was awarded a grant to adapt her kitchen into a more user-friendly environment.

Mr & Mrs M. in Hereford were awarded a grant to have a new ramp and entrance built to accommodate their son’s wheelchair access requirements.

GB Electrical & Building Services were asked to replace a failed timber retaining wall and picket fence in a rear garden.

Mr B. Colwall privately contracted GB Electrical & Building Services to help make his mother-in-law’s bathroom more accessible and easier to use.

Mrs W. Weobley privately contracted GB Electrical & Building Services to adapt her period cottage utility and downstairs toilet area in a full level access wet room to help maintain her mother’s independence.
