Did the service meet your expectations?
Very much, very pleased. The builders, Pete & Adam were lovely, friendly and ever so helpful. Pete even offered to help me with my shopping. I just mentioned to Pete in conversation that I wanted to get some potatoes but that they’re too heavy for me to carry and my husband can no longer do it due to his stroke. Pete told me not to worry about it and the next morning on his way to work he picked me up a big sack of potatoes so they would last me a while and I wouldn’t have to worry about it. He was so kind.
How has it impacted your daily life?
Helps no end. My husband can now shower independently as there are grab rails and there is nothing he can trip over. It’s marvelous.
If you were to recommend us, what would you say?
100% I would have a wetroom from GB. I wouldn’t look anywhere else now I know this company exists. I just want to share all my thanks, it’s made a world of difference not only to my husband but to me as well. We didn’t expect anything like this when we applied, we thought we would possibly get an access shower but we’ve had the full works – it’s been marvelous!
