We had a lot of trouble with the previous company that came in and originally fitted the wetroom. I wish the council had appointed your company in the first place as we can’t fault you.
Did the service meet your expectations?
Very highly. Adam was the ideal person, polite, tidy and very thorough. He unearthed a lot of problems that the previous contractor had done and put it all right. Jason was very professional, polite, thorough and kept us informed on everything. It was really ideal. The electrician and Scott, the floor layer, were good people too.
How has it impacted your daily life?
It’s a level access shower for my wife to help her with her mobility issues. It has helped her no end. It has made a huge difference and we are both very happy with it.
