Did the service meet your expectations?
They were excellent, the lads that came to do it were really, really good. It was a bit of a nightmare job for them, as there was more work than was originally cited in the original survey and they ended up being here 3 weeks to ensure the work was done properly. Pete & Adam weren’t phased by any of it and just got on with it. They never got distracted and were always professional.
How has it impacted your daily life?
Really good, it’s a million times better than my last bathroom. It’s simply excellent and so much easier to use.
If you were to recommend us, what would you say?
I’ve already recommended GB to my mother and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very efficient, keep to their times, don’t seem phased by anything, very good at communication and are really good at what they do.
