GB were one of the contractors provided by the grant scheme through the council.
Did the service meet your expectations?
Yes, I’d say Mark, the main builder that was here throughout the process was brilliant. He was really considerate and polite. I was worried to start with as I felt like it was a really long time to have a stranger in your house but I felt at ease with Mark. We could chat to him and he would answer our questions. He was very clean and tidy and was absolutely no trouble at all. Jason was also very good. I felt very reassured by him as he was very organised.
How has it impacted your daily life?
Obviously much better, I did have some equipment from the OT but I had to use that over the bath which was still difficult. Now it’s wonderful, my little bit of heaven. I don’t have to step over anything or worry about slipping. It’s fantastic and as a bonus it looks nice as well.
If you were to recommend us, what would you say?
5 Stars, all very good and helpful. The follow up is there as everything is guaranteed for 12months. Jason is there to help if I need him. The standard of finish is fantastic. I’m really pleased and feel very reassured by them.
