How did you come to choose GB Home Adaptations to do the work?
GB was recommended to me through a grant scheme that I applied for. From beginning to end they were all gentlemen. A gentleman first came out and talked me through all of the different options I could have. As it was through a grant I never thought I would be given a choice in what shower, toilet, tiles etc that I could have. I was over the moon. It was fantastic.
Did the service meet your expectations?
Absolutely superb, far exceeded my expectations. The workmen were absolutely brilliant. Stuart was excellent, so polite and courteous. The finish is superb, nothing was too much trouble.
How has it impacted your daily life?
I hadn’t been able to use the bathroom for 12months when I applied for the grant. It was a desperate struggle. Now my life is so much easier.
If you were to recommend us, what would you say?
10 out of 10, all the way round. I can’t praise everyone enough. Please tell the lads if they are ever in the area or working nearby to please pop in for a cuppa as I would love to see them.
