How did you hear about GB Electrical & Building Services and why did you choose to work with them?
I looked on the internet for a building company. It was important to me that the company was local. I was drawn to GB Electrical & Building Services as they were not only a local business but also provided a wide range of services. They are not just plumbers or electricians, they can help you with any aspect of building work. Our GB contact Jason, has a good network of trade contacts and is able to support us with every aspect of work required.
Did the service meet your expectations?
Yes, work has always been of a good standard. The tradesmen are professional, courteous and really respectful.
How has the work impacted property, residents & staff?
GB has enabled us to improve and secure external works of the home that needed to be repaired. The internal works they have supported us with were to improve safety issues making the property a safer place for residents and staff.
What are your thoughts on the aftercare and service throughout the process?
It has been a good service. We have a good relationship with Jason, who always checks in and ensures the work has gone to plan and has happened. They are always very responsive and get back in touch with you.
If you were to recommend us what would you say?
They are a local firm, which was something that was preferable to us, over a more national, big corporate company. The service has been good throughout and the standard of tradesmen has been excellent.
