Due to limited mobility Mrs H. in Ross-on-Wye was awarded a grant to adapt her kitchen into a more user-friendly environment as well as adapting an existing window into a new wheelchair friendly entrance and ramp.

Yes it did, it was nice to have the work done but the builders were a good bunch of lads, that worked well together and were very polite and nice to me.

It has made life much easier and given me more independence.

It’s all been very good, I have no complaints.
