Did the service meet your expectations?
Very good, very tidy. They were very careful carrying the equipment up and down the stairs so as not to damage anything. I have no complaints. The finish is good. Everyone that has seen it has commented on how good it is.
How has it impacted your daily life?
I’m very pleased with it. I’d been to the hospital for an operation on my back. The wetroom is marvelous. My late husband used to struggle getting in and out of the bath. To be able to have a shower now has made life much easier. I find the garden rails very useful and helpful. I had a fall a few years back which makes me very cautious so the new rails serve me very well.
